Elif Kose aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of order confirmation.
We offer Royal mail first class recorded and special delivery for UK buyers. Please contact us for quotes on international shipping. Shipping fees are inclusive of VAT, handling and packing charges. All prices for services are visible upon checkout and all services will state an estimated delivery time upon checkout.
N.B. Items are posted within 2-3 days from Monday - Friday, Our last postage time is 2pm, items on a Special Delivery service after this time will be due for dispatch on the following working day.
We advise you to group your items in one order as we can not guarantee that two or more orders placed independantly will be dispatched together and shipping fees may apply to each.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Any records and/or tracking numbers of items sent Recorded or Special delivery will be kept for a maximum of two months, we therefore suggest contacting us as soon as possible if your package has not arrived when expected.
Boxes and jiffy bags are amply sized. Your items are well-protected and professionally prepared before dispatch.
Elif Kose is confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase, however if you decide your purchase does not suit you, or it does not fit, then we will refund or exchange it provided it is returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if garments are visibly worn, marked in anyway, washed, smelling of smoke, aftershave, deodorant or washing detergents or quite simply not up to the standard in which the item was sent.
All footwear must be returned in the shoeboxes provided and include all packing.
If you have any problems with an item or it fails to reach the high standard you would expect, or your order is incorrect, then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the transaction and if it appears we have made a mistake, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund. Upon investigation, if we are unable to find an error on our part, we reserve the right not to send a replacement or refund.
With all items returned to us for a refund, we will only refund the original cost of the item/s. No refunds will include the original postage charge or any return postage costs unless it is established by ourselves that item/s are faulty or were sent out incorrectly.
Refunds will normally be processed within three to five working days after the goods are returned and received by ourselves, however this may take longer to appear on your account statement. We will email you to confirm a refund has been made.
In the event of a potential manufacturing fault we reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for further assessment.
Items that can't be returned: For hygiene reasons, Jewellery (both stock and Made to Order) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Nor do we accept returns of Made to Order garments and bridal which have made and redesigned specially for you.
For items that are returned for exchange, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £5.00 per order to cover postage and administrative costs for replacements to be shipped within the UK.
For International customers the rate for shipping of the exchanged item will depend upon size and weight. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
When returning items, we recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and would advise retaining proof of postage as we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
